I met helpful, friendly and good staff at AMAUTA Cusco. I have learned a lot and could specially profit out of the combination of Spanish group class & individual lessons.
The teachers are friendly, helpful and well prepared. I liked the fact that you have different Spanish teachers in order to get to know all of them and profit from different styles and skills.
I highly recommend living at AMAUTAs student house, because it is a quite location, but still close to the city center. My single room was clean, comfortable and I felt secure at all times as there are people 24 hours on duty.

A course at AMAUTA Spanish School gives you the perfect opportunity to learn Spanish in Cusco! It gives you of course the opportunity that you get to know the Peruvian culture.
The Spanish School is really personal and has little classes, and you achieve immediately results. Trips and different activities such as cooking class and cultural lectures made studying extra interesting! All staff members are really friendly and helpful, I feel at ease here.
I had both the opportunities to stay in a Peruvian host family and in the AMAUTA´s residence. It was really exciting living in a family, to get to know the Peruvian way of life.
AMAUTA Cusco is centrally situated and therefore the perfect starting point for sightseeing and excursions.
To sum up: a course Spanish at AMAUTA Spanish School is without any doubt a great experience!

After having lived in both a host family and in the school residence, I feel like I’ve experienced the most of AMAUTA.
I enjoyed both living places, for different reasons. In the host family I got to practice my Spanish as I had no other option because that’s all they knew how to speak. At that time I was in Spanish classes at the school, so it really benefited me.
One month I moved into the school residence, it was much easier because I started a volunteer project which was on walking distance from the residence. AMAUTA residence is also a great place to hang out and meet new people from all over the world.

Cusco is a fantastic city where you’ll not get bored very soon. AMAUTA is located in the center of it. If you want to get around it’s almost essential to speak some Spanish, and AMAUTA is a great place to learn it! The Spanish teachers are amazing and the classes are instructive and fun.
The staff is very caring, and is there for you in case of problems. I had an amazing time at AMAUTA Cusco and met people from all over the world.

My experience at AMAUTA Cusco has been great. The Spanish school as an amazing dynamic trust that combines the experience of international students and local culture. There is ample opportunity to study Spanish and enjoy what Cusco has to offer!

AMAUTA is a great place to study Spanish. I started with almost no knowledge of Spanish, and after 4 weeks I am able to talk about different topics. The teachers are great, and the international environment is wonderful. I had classes with people from Japan, Canada, Switzerland and the Netherlands. I made some great friends which I can visit all over the world. There are also a lot of activities during the night which are included. I for example made some great Pisco Sour during cocktail class.
Furthermore, the accompanying tourist agency Dos Manos does great work. I booked all my trips with them, and as a student of AMAUTA you get a discount.
I really loved it!!

It is not the cheapest school here in Cusco, but definitely the best one. I booked 3 weeks of Spanish courses and accommodation as well. The teachers here are great, the breakfast and lunch are fantastic and my room with private bathroom was very clean and nice. Furthermore I had a beautiful view from my room and also the people here are very nice!

I came to Cusco without expectations. For me it was just living in another language of course. I was so wrong, it was more than that! In AMAUTA I found a very qualified crew who planned the classes during the week. Also, the classes are flexible enough to give the students the opportunity to choose some other subjects to learn about during the week.
Besides all this, the school has a great infrastructure and very nice people. Trust me, you will never be bored! In just 2 months I learnt Spanish pretty well and I made some good friends!

I would recommend AMAUTA because the teachers and the learning environment within the classrooms are great. For me, it seems like the teachers sincerely care about our learning and also about us as persons. Also it is a very social experience staying in AMAUTA. I love meeting students, coming from all over the world. In addition to that, the school has a great location. It could not have been closer to the city center. :)

AMAUTA is located in the best area of Cusco, with really nice buildings. All the people that work at AMAUTA are doing all their best so that we are feeling great, like at home. The teachers spend a lot of attention to our culture and our trip in Peru. For me, AMAUTA is the best option for travelling in South America. It allows us to study the local language, and to understand and get to know different cultures. AMAUTA gives us safety and guaranty in a country which we don’t know.
