I had a very nice stay at the AMAUTA Spanish School. All of the teachers and administrative staff were very kind and helpful. I made friends with many people from different countries. I chose to stay in the student residence and I did not regret this decision. I recommend AMAUTA Spanish School.

First of all, the teachers are very enthusiastic about their work. Always smiling and they have a big interest in teaching Spanish. A good thing is that you don´t only learn the language, but also a lot about the culture, the people, history and other interesting things about Peru. A knowledge you probably wouldn´t get without the help from the school.

We are a professional married couple and we were at AMAUTA for 8 weeks. We had a great time and were really looked after by the staff. The school is well organised with friendly staff who organises a weekly timetable of group classes, organised by ability. The teachers are well prepared and engaging. The school also has a programme of activities in the evening, which are fun. There is a wide range of people of all ages at the school. The school also organises volunteering, which is done in a friendly and professional way. There are on-site residences which are well maintained and have staff on site 24 hours. This allows them to enforce the quiet at night rule, so we could sleep well at night. We had a really good time and would recommend to anyone.

AMAUTA is a great place to meet like minded people who are there to learn Spanish, travel and volunteer. The school makes the integration easier through various activities e.g. salsa & cooking classes.

AMAUTA has a perfect mix of “school”, “vacation”, “exploring Cusco” and “meeting people” . To stay two weeks at AMAUTA Spanish School is the perfect start to a several weeks or months long journey around Southamerica. You learn to know Spanish, you learn how Southamerica “works” and you have a safe place where you can acclimatise. I have learned what I need to travel around and improved my Spanish in a few days.
