Preparación
- En un bol, mezclar los huevos con la leche.
- Verter media taza de azúcar (o más si gusta más dulce) y un poco de canela en polvo.
- Batir enérgicamente todo (preferentemente con batidora eléctrica, hasta disolver por completo el huevo y el azúcar).
- Echar la mezcla en una fuente extendida y hornear hasta que cuaje el huevo y tome la consistencia de un budín.
