- 1 tarro de Leche evaporada
- 8 cubitos de Hielo
- 2 cucharadas de algarrobina
- 1 Huevo
- 5 cucharadas de azúcar
- 1 copa de PISCO PERUANO
Vacear el tarro de leche en la licuadora y agregar la algarrobina, licuar unos minutos y agregar el pisco, azúcar, el hielo y al último el huevo entero. Servir en copas y encima espolvorear Canela molida. Es un cocktail netamente peruano. Es delicioso, la combinación del Pisco Peruano con la Algarrobina lo hacen exquisito.
