Peruvian & Latinamerican recipes in spanish
- 1 Kg. de Yuca
- 1 L de Agua
- 2 Tazas de Azúcar
- 1 Botella de Aguardiente
Para comenzar debemos pelar y licuar las yucas con agua y azúcar.
Mezclar con el aguardiente y dejar fermentar durante 1 semana en un recipiente de barro cubierto con un paño fino (recordando siempre de ir removiendo de vez en cuando).
Para finalizar colar a través de un paño y embotellar.
