Before I arrived, I had zero Spanish. I have been here for 2 weeks, and I will continue because I am enjoying it so much! Classes are great fun, and the teachers are fantastic! But it remains challenging, once you realize how much there still is to learn! But a very enjoyable challenge.

The social scene is great here. We have got a great range of ages and nationalities here, from people in their twenties up to my age and above, great fun to mix with so many different people.

The Monday night get-together is fabulous; there is a really good turnout. It is a lovely city to walk around, and it is amazing to see the Inca walls and how the streets are paved.

I already felt pretty comfortable with Spanish, having studied it before, but here I wanted to continue improving it. I really enjoyed the group classes, which were also great for meeting people.

But I also loved my private MEDICAL SPANISH COURSE, where I could focus on what I wanted to, like different medical systems. I really want to be able to speak Spanish when I’m in medical school.

There is a lot to do in and around the school, and I love the historic district where it is located. There are so many opportunities and unlimited things to see and do!

"I started with group lessons, and once I started to understand what I really needed help with, I combined and later switched to private lessons. The group lessons were extremely engaging; the teacher would push us to use what we learned the day before. It's really easy to meet people here, everyone is always looking for something to do, something to eat after classes.

And Cusco is a great city, I love it!
