I had a great time at AMAUTA – the Spanish School in Buenos Aires! I met people from different places, improved my Spanish, all while having fun. I really liked the teachers, all of them. Actually, they were all very nice there! I really recommend AMAUTA! They were very attentive from the first time I contacted them to the last day of my stay.

I think the school is really efficient. I stayed for four weeks and I really feel like I learned a lot more than in the classes in high school. The teachers are very nice and explain a lot so you can follow very easily. They stay nice even when you ask the same question two times and encourage you a lot even when you made some mistakes. Another good thing is that the classes are so small, so every student has the opportunity to talk and to read a lot. All in all I enjoyed the time at AMAUTA and it really helped me to improve my Spanish.

I loved my stay in Buenos Aires. The school is in a quaint house in a very safe neighborhood (where I was living too). But the whole city is reachable in a 30 minute subte (metro) or collectivo bus ride. What I really loved about this city though is the food: the dulce de leche, medialunas, submarinos, malfatti, bife de chorizo and the list could go on for pages! The city has a lot of cool museums too. And picturesque markets that sell local craftsmanship. All in all it was lovely and I thoroughly enjoyed my classes at AMAUTA.

My time at AMAUTA Language School was definitely well-spent. The teachers are all extremely personable & have great sense of humor, meaning that you'll be learning Spanish in a truly relaxing atmosphere. And the city of Buenos Aires is a must-see. It's incredibly easy to get around on the Subte (local subway network) and also quite safe. I really enjoyed visiting all of the different barrios in the city - from Beverly Hills -style Recoleta to the colorful and eclectic La Boca. One of my favorite parts of my stay was the weekend trip I took to El Tigre. It’s a little harbor town 45 minutes north of the city by train. Very relaxing & very beautiful!
But the best part of studying Spanish at AMAUTA are the porteños themselves. Everyone is friendly & will do their best to make you feel welcome - and they'll be thrilled that you make an effort to speak to them in Spanish!

AMAUTA offered me a program full of diversity. It’s a great experience to have classes with students from all over the world because Spanish becomes your common language. In any other situation I probably wouldn’t have made the friends that I did because we wouldn’t have spoken the same language, but being here it was like breaking down that language barrier! I’ve made multiple friends that I have gotten really close to and plan on staying in touch with, and had several opportunities to visit new places and learn about the culture of Argentina! I’ve perfected my Spanish and with afternoon classes, I have been able to visit the “night life” and sleep in the next day. I definitely plan on using this program again in the future!

My experience has been unreal since I first stepped foot at AMAUTA. I had no idea what to expect but I straight away felt such a wonderful vibe at the school. Everyone from the staff was really caring for me and the other students and will absolutely go out of their way to make you feel comfortable. The teachers are very knowledgeable and incredibly patient. I really liked their open, personable and entertaining teaching styles, and because the sizes of the groups are kept small I really feel I got the best education possible. The school itself is in a gorgeous building with a very warm atmosphere where you never feel out of place. The activities are very diverse and I suggest taking advantage of them all in order to really enjoy your study experience in Buenos Aires. I strongly recommend this beautiful place to all those students that are dedicated and want to have fun as well!

I really want to thank the teachers for their attention and perseverance of teaching me Spanish. All the lessons are easy to understand and were perfectly suited to my level of understanding. Besides my gratitude for all the care, sincerity and quality of the program I really appreciated the tango classes. I have been dancing tango for about three years and the teacher at AMAUTA was able to teach me some more secrets. He is very alert and fun loving! I also loved all those first-time activities for me: drinking mate, cooking together with the students, our visit to Tigre and of course dancing tango in Buenos Aires! Hasta la vista y muchas gracias por todo!

I have really enjoyed my time here. I like having 2 different teachers each day. All our teachers have been great. It’s given us a good head start to our travels. After just 5 days of classes I can understand so much more Spanish, now I just need to practice speaking! Thanks for everything! Also, it’s great that they organize social activities too.
