My experience studying Spanish at AMAUTA Spanish school in Cusco was very fun and exciting. I get to meet a lot of people from all over the world and learn their stories. I was scared at first but the people here are so welcoming. I think everyone should take the chance to experience this like I did.

My time at AMAUTA has been, and continues to be, very enjoyable. From the moment I landed in Cusco I felt that I was in good hands. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help. I also appreciate the free Spanish lessons for the volunteers. Amauta was definitely the right choice for me in pursuing business development experience, as I am only limited by my own creativity.

AMAUTA has helped make my first traveling experience phenomenal! The school was always there to help when I (or my mother) was in distress. The staff were always around to chat or just offer a warm “buenos días”. I loved going to activities -salsa class being my favorite- and meeting new people right here at the school. The location is perfect, in the heart of Cusco, and there was always something to do any time of day! Thank you AMAUTA!

AMAUTA Spanish is located very close to the center of Cusco. The staff is really nice and very determined to teach you Spanish. All teachers are highly qualified. The lessons are very intense but do not only include classroom teaching but excursions to bring the Peruvian culture closer to the learners. You learn Spanish in small groups and according to your special level which is checked by an entrance test. All in all including the accommodation and meals I can recommend Amauta Spanish school for all those who want to learn Spanish in Latin America.

AMAUTA Spanish School is in a good location, less than 5 minutes’ walk from the main plaza. I enjoyed my Spanish classes and had very good Spanish teachers. As part of the classes we also had cultural excursions in Cusco to local museums and the market. I am also enjoying my volunteer work at an afterschool club in Cusco and the volunteer coordinator at AMAUTA has been very helpful.

During the time that I have spent at AMAUTA Spanish School in June there were a lot of festivals and parties in Cusco. This city is definitely alive 24/7 and full of young internationals. The school, AMAUTA, hosts a lot of these young people from all over the world. During my stay I met so many incredible people from different cultures. The people that work at AMAUTA are really friendly and when you stay at their school residence while taking Spanish courses they really make you feel at home.

AMAUTA Spanish school in Peru is right in the middle of the festivals, parties and markets of Cusco. The people that work here are kind and the food is always good. They created a real community of volunteers and Spanish students that make me feel that I have a family here in Peru!

My two months in AMAUTA Spanish School were more than just learning Spanish in Peru. Besides great teachers and extracurricular activities the school has many students from other countries and ages which enriched my experience enough. To complement, Cusco is an amazing city with amazing places. I am very happy that I spent time learning Spanish in Peru.

AMAUTA is situated at a great location. I met so many people from different countries. Besides we had a great dinner every day!
