AMAUTA is Spanish in the Rainforest program is great! The AMAUTA Lodge had a pool, which was perfect for this climate and we took many walks through the jungle. The location and residences were perfect. During one of our daily excursions through the jungle, we went to a large sandbar. It was very quiet and nice, so we were able to see tons of animals! There was also a project nearby that worked to reintroduce animals - monkeys, jaguars, dogs, birds, etc.- into the wild. It was very cool to see how they operated.
The Spanish classes were very good, as well. The teachers always used interactive techniques, and we were even able to swim during our class breaks. At night, we had bonfires, which was a great opportunity to practice our Spanish. I did not want to leave this paradise, but I will one day return. The experience was worth every penny. For all that have the opportunity, I highly recommend studying Spanish in the Rainforest with AMAUTA. It is an incredible experience!

AMAUTA is one of the nicest places I have ever been. The staff is really friendly, the food is good, the accommodation is great and the Spanish classes are amazing. So if you want to speak Spanish in a short amount of time, you should go to AMAUTA. Furthermore, they organise a variety of nice activities (movie night, cooking class, music class, salsa class, etc). It is very easy to meet a lot of new people. I have made a lot of new friends since I have been here.
I am having one of the best times of my life!

From the rainforest to the city, group or private lessons, morning or afternoon, AMAUTA Spanish School offers something for all types of people and learners. They also offer numerous activities (such as salsa and cooking lessons) So I am never bored. It is a very comfortable and welcoming atmosphere.

I took individual classes for just 1 week to speak Spanish more fluently. I loved my teachers Rodolfo and Nancy and I would have liked to stay  longer. I learned a lot about  the history and literature of  Peru because of my dedicated teachers. My classes were interesting and fun.
I really can recommend AMAUTA Spanish School!

We arrived in Cusco without any expectations and were welcomed with an awesome host family. Even though we have just visited AMAUTA Spanish School for a week, we learned a lot, had good teachers and helpful staff. Besides we made a lot of new friends. Thanks a lot for the wonderful time!

Attending AMAUTA Spanish School turned out to be a fabulous experience! My first week was spent in the Sacred Valley, and with afternoon classes I was able to explore the surrounding area each morning. The following week was in Cusco, and I got to know the city after my morning classes. The classes were good (Paula is incredible!) and AMAUTA has a variety of fun students - young, old, European, American, fluent, and newbies. Going to a language school is a great way to get to know an area while meeting curious and involved people.

I recommend AMAUTA, because it has a really good location just a few meters away from the main square. The Spanish teachers are really good, they taught me a lot and most of them can talk at least a little bit of English, so they can explain unknown Spanish words. And you meet a lot of people from all over the world.

I am here in AMAUTA for a week now and I´m doing great. The teachers are really nice and the classes are interesting and funny. In a week I have learned a lot and I have practiced my Spanish a lot. It is really cold at night and in the mornings in the classrooms, but they have a heater in every classroom. Besides there is hot water to prepare a coca tea for example (it´s really good and helpful to get used to the alltitude in Cusco).
