My Spanish is definitely more fluent after taking classes here. The activities at the school were fun; I tried the music class and the salsa class, and both were great. I would, of course, recommend studying Spanish in Peru at AMAUTA Spanish School. I felt comfortable here because of the people and the great teachers!

My name is Chetan and I studied Spanish here at Amauta for one week. It was a great experience. I very much liked my classes; the best part of the classes was the interaction and the class environment. I would give 100% marks to both of my teachers. This was my first experience in Peru, and what struck me the most was how great the people are here. They are very warm and friendly. My Spanish definitely improved, even in just one week. The teachers only spoke in Spanish, which forced me to keep my ears open and hear what they were saying. I also realized that I can speak if I just make the effort, and by the end of the week, I was having conversations with my home stay family. I would definitely recommend studying at Amauta Spanish School because of the friendly people, the community, the great location in the center, and the activities that they offer, such as the welcome dinner and the salsa class.

My name is Eva Marie and I studied Spanish at Amauta Spanish School for 6 weeks. I liked my classes because the group classes were great and I learned to communicate. I think my Spanish improved; my speech definitely because more fluid. I stayed in the student residence, which was great because there were always other students around to hang out with. The activities were fun; I participated in the cooking classes and the chat about colloquial phrases. It was a good opportunity to learn more about the Peruvian culture and the city. I would recommend studying at Amauta Spanish School because it´s a great experience to meet people from other countries and the school´s small sized classes make it a great place to learn Spanish easily.

We found out about AMAUTA in a French Guidebook about Peru. We liked everything about our classes. The professors were good and the other students were fun and of different nationalities. We felt very welcome at the school. The dinner on the first Monday was very nice. We also felt like our Spanish improved! When we first arrived, we couldn´t speak any Spanish, but now we can communicate, and it was fun to practice with our home stay parents at the house. We would for sure recommend AMAUTA Spanish School. It´s a good school with small class sizes. We were placed at the right level for classes. And the location of AMAUTA is GREAT, right in the center of Cusco. The activities are fun as well!

My name is Ashley Handfield and I took Spanish classes here at AMAUTA in Cusco. The teaching method here is very good and fun. You not only learn, but you have fun with it! The teachers ask a lot of questions and encourage conversation, so you´re speaking Spanish more rather than just doing boring writing activities. My Spanish has gotten a lot better here, as well as from my other travels in South America. I would definitely recommend AMAUTA Spanish School because not only did I learn Spanish, but it was also really fun. I met new friends and all the Spanish teachers and staff were really nice!.

You can live at the school, get your laundry done, and it's just a nice place to be.

My name is Marco. I found out about AMAUTA through a travel agency. I am studying Spanish as I travel through South America. I think it is important to speak Spanish so that I can communicate with people and get the fair price. I really liked the classes here at AMAUTA, we always changed teachers so that we got different approaches at grammar and teaching styles, which made it easier to learn. Cusco is a great city because it has such an interesting history.

I've only been at AMAUTA in Cusco for two weeks but I have already seen a big improvement in my beginner Spanish. The teachers are professional and friendly, the course work is well-structured and there is a strong focus on student participation in class. This is a great school and a much better way to improve your Spanish skills than Duolingo!.
