I studied Spanish at Amauta Peru for seven weeks and it was one of the best experiences of my life.
I lived with a local Peruvian family and I learned a lot about Peruvian culture and their daily life. The Spanish group classes are small, there are many different levels.
We went out with our teacher at least once a week to visit a cultural site in Cusco, as for example a museum or the market.
Finally, I loved the atmosphere of Amauta. Before and after the classes all students come together to plan all kind of adventures and outings. For me, learning Spanish with AMAUTA in Cusco was a GREAT experience.

My son Diego (11) attended Amauta Spanish School in Peru. Excellent program, I recommend it to anyone who wants to learn or improve their Spanish. The school made all the arrangements for our trips to Lake Titicaca, Machu Pichu and Amazon. Everything has gone super smooth.

Diego loved his teachers and said that he learnt more here at Amauta in Cusco in 25 minutes than he learnt before at other schools in a complete day. The host family was very nice as well. Thanks for everything.

The teachers at AMAUTA are very friendly and courteous and they can explain the syllabus very good. Moreover, the school is close to the center of Cusco, I love it. We have small classes, which is good to learn español.

The activities are cool and we always have a lot of fun. Furthermore, we can participate in an exchange program: with AMAUTA you can study Spanish for one week in the Sacred Valley, the school organized the whole week. Very good and cool offer!.

I did four weeks of Spanish classes in Cusco and four weeks of volunteering. I learned a lot, made so many good friends and experienced the Peruvian lifestyle. The staff and teachers at AMAUTA are very friendly, the food is very nice and there are lots of nice activities offered by the school, for example salsa classes.

I really enjoyed my time in Cusco at AMAUTA Spanish school. The Spanish classes in Peru were fun and I met a lot of people from all over the world. Besides the classes I really enjoyed the cultural workshops like salsa dancing and making Pisco Sour. A perfect place to learn Spanish and experience Cusco.

I appreciated that the size of the Spanish classes were really small. The AMAUTA school has a very familiar atmosphere, you get in touch with other students rapidly. Unfortunately the WIFI didn’t work very well during my stay of four weeks but that was a temporarily issue.
