Biography

(1964, Brasília, DF), is a photographer, filmmaker and director of Brazil.
He began his career with the film Carlota Joaquina (1995), by Carla Camurati. Winner of the 2000 Cinema Brazil Grand Prize for photography I thou them, Andrucha Waddington, is a member of Conspiracy Movies since 1996. The Brasilia is formed at the Ecole Louis Lumiere in Paris. He has worked in over 20 feature length films as an assistant or as a cinematographer, always showing an authorial participation.
Directed commercials and has six MTV awards for work in music videos. In 2001, he directed the television documentary Endless Ocean on the browser Amyr Klink. He has a photograph of La servant padrona (1998), by Carla Camurati, Bufo & Spallanzani, Flávio Tambellini, Twins (1999), Andrucha Waddington, Betrayal (1998), Arthur Fontes, Claudio Torres and José Henrique Fonseca, and the man of the Year (2003), Jose Henrique Fonseca.
Debuted in the direction of feature film with Two Sons of Francisco: the story of Zeze di Camargo and Luciano, the most watched movie in the country in 2005 and former No. 1 ranking the resumption of more than five million viewers.
During the 2006 World Cup, with Andrucha Waddington filmed a series of television documentaries about football idols.
In 2007, he filmed Once Upon a Time ..., his second feature film directing, and produced The wife of my friend, Claudio Torres. Launched in 2008, Once Upon a Time ... was selected for the Toronto Film Festival.
