Degree in Psychology, she began her career in the theater world and won several awards as a young author. She began as a writer on television, which means she has written numerous series (All men are equal,Celebrities and Family and most recently, The Swamp, among many others). Her first film script was know who you are, directed in 2000 by Patricia Ferreira. In 1997 and 1999 co-directed two short films with Ines Paris (to me who sent me get into this and Let's leave). She debuted in the direction of feature films, along with Paris, My Mother Likes Women (2002). This film was nominated for three Goya awards and has been released in many countries in Europe and Latin America. In 2005 she released her second feature as director, Semen, A Love Story, also co-directed by Ines Paris. She recently directed an episode of the series Ulysses syndrome, issued on Antena 3. "7 Minutes" is her first film directed by yourself.
